M.B.
writes in September 2001, "We stayed at
the Mosser Victorian for one night.
Be sure that you
understand what kind of room you're going to get.
I don't think my husband actually realized we would be sharing
bathroom facilities with others. Although this wasn't as bad
as I first thought, the room itself was not comfortable for
2 people. Extremely small and cramped. The
shower drained VERY slowly, but the towels and robe were very nice.
Valet parking was $23.00"
Todd
writes in August 2001, "We had a delightful
time at the Mosser Victorian. We did have a renovated room.
The staff was very helpful in giving us directions and couldn't
have been more friendly. "
Jayne
writes in July 2001, "We have stayed at
the Victorian, and sometimes lived there for extended periods of
time, for years. We find it very European, very charming, and in
an excellent location. It is NOT a luxury hotel, nor is it a soulless
American chain hotel, but it is very homey and affordable, for which
reason we will continue to stay there. If you aren't looking for
the homogenized American "Holiday
Inn" style, but rather something historic and more characteristic
of the San Francisco experience, we recommend the Victorian without
reservation. "
