Serrano
Hotel
San
Francisco Review

Union
Square Area
We
stayed in this hotel for one night, a couple of weeks after it opened.
Can you say "WOW!" The lobby was just grandoise, with
snacks served, game boards that you can play with, impecable service.
I had reserved a normal room, requesting for the highest floor available.
We got the 14th floor!!! Had a wonderful view of the city, very
quiet. The
room was tiny I admit, but beautifully decorated (not plain or too
friffy). My boyfriend really enjoyed the in-room Nintendo game.
*grin* I would definately visit this hotel again, and this
time stay for more than just one night. (J. August)

L.T. from

two blocks from Union Square, has the best of both worlds; the luxury
of a large hotel coupled with the level of service of a smaller
chain. The location is great, rooms are newly redecorated
and the staff is extremely helpful. A theme of games runs
throughout the hotel -- you can order "Trouble" or "Sorry"
or "Monopoly" (or more) with your room service.
The hotel also is pet friendly -- to small pets.
